Buying a home for the first time is a lot of emotions like exciting, stressful, overwhelming…all of it. I fully expected at least a few stress-induced meltdowns along the way. Thankfully, I had Katy. From day one, she made the entire process feel so much easier…or maybe that was the old fashioneds? 🤣 She was incredibly communicative, always available for questions (and there were plenty!) and kept me informed every step of the way. No matter what came up, I always felt supported and never out of the loop. The best part? She helped me land the house I wanted against another offer, and negotiated seller-paid closing costs, which was huge. Katy is smart, strategic, responsive, and just genuinely great to work with.
